2nd Line Senior Support Analyst


Currently seeking multiple 2nd Line Support Analysts for one of our leading business services organisations who are experiencing an extended period of growth with some exciting new project work coming up as well as extensive BAU work.

Due to the nature of the roles, all will require on-site presence full time when normality resumes.

Two of the role will be more project-focused for the first 12 months or so while the other will be more BAU-focused from the start. 2 of the roles will be very focused on device provisioning and all the roles would benefit from experience in dealing with MAC devices.

Keys skills and experience required;

Previous experience in a service desk/desktop/IT support role with a passion for IT and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
Experienced in supporting the full MS Office Suite
Previous experience in supporting Mac devices is highly desirable
Proven track record in device provisioning
