Essential skills

Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner,

Three years’ experience working on a service desk,

Experience working with 3rd party software/solution providers,

Desktop and server support experience,

Familiarity with laptop and desktop builds,

Active Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions),

Azure Active Directory Administration (Modern Workplace Administration),

Office 365 Administration including SharePoint, Teams OneDrive etc.,

Wireless configuration and management,

Experience with Managed Switches (vlans), and

Firewall and router configuration, upgrades and management.

This role requires a DBS and BPSS check
