A432 traffic: Stapleton Road in Easton blocked by crash – updates

There is significant traffic congestion building in inner city east Bristol this afternoon following a collision that has blocked the A432 Stapleton Road in Easton.

The collision has happened at the crossroads with Oxford Place and St Mark’s Road, with the main road closed and buses diverted.

It is reported that a car has left the road and crashed into a wall, partially blocking one side of the road.

Emergency services are on the scene of the incident, but there are long delays.

Travelwest tweeted: “Stapleton Road (A432) blocked by an RTC at the junction of Oxford Place & Saint Mark’s Road, expect long delays and use alternate routes.”
