An exciting new opportunity for a account handler with good data administration skills has arisen within a leading global company. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing data to track key trends as well as providing excellent customer service.
Gathering and analysing data, indentifying key trends
Placing the orders onto the SAP system.
Taking orders via phone or email.
Providing excellent customer service to all customers
Producing daily delivery schedules.
Daily communication with customers to update them on orders, rearrange delivery, adjusting the schedule in line with production
General administrative duties as required for the role.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
Previous administration experience, ideally within sales administration/order processing/administration
Ideally have previous experience with SAP
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel & the ability to pick up systems quickly
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Be able to use own initiative for tasks
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
