Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. The position is a temporary one with scope for extension, and is contracted to 37 hours a week.

The main purpose of the role is to provide clerical support for the team/section with the client. This includes providing a typing service to include the drafting of simple letters, memos, and the production and distribution of reports, Provide information and liaise with members of the public and other organisations in person, by email or on the telephone, and having to undertake scanning, photocopying and faxing of documents as necessary.

We are looking for someone with previous administration and reception experience, as well as good IT skills as you will be required to maintain databases relevant to the work of the team, so a good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office is key. Multi-tasking and organisational skills are also paramount to the role.
