Our Client in Swindon is looking for a strong and reliable administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Core Hours: 7.30-4pm Mon-Fri
Temp hourly rate: £10

Key responsibilities:

Office Administration
Good Organisation Skills
Answering incoming calls
Process Purchase invoices
Process Sales invoices
Take payments
Sorting PostThe ideal Administrator will have the following skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Highly motivated with a great deal of attention to detail.
Ability to work using your own initiative.
Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
Positive attitude.
