There are long queues at Bristol Airport again this morning (May 20).

This comes after hold-ups at security yesterday (May 19) saw passengers queuing outside the airport just to check-in. Several people have taken to social media to complain about queues at Bristol Airport again, as well as long waits to get their bags after landing.

One wrote: “Waited 90 mins for bags so far with no communications or apology. Loads of kids and babies here. How hard is it @BristolAirport?”

And another one said: “Not even 4.30 am and Bristol airport is bursting at the seams!!”

“@BristolAirport chaos like every other morning,” wrote another.

Yesterday, the airport urged travellers “not to arrive too early”. It comes after people had to wait for hours to collect their bags earlier this week after a similar picture last weekend amid an exceptionally busy month for the airport.
