Our leading Property client based in Bath are seeking a full time and permanent Building assistant to work for a prestige development in Bath. Working at the heart of the building, you will ensure residents and guest great great customer service and the development id well kept and maintained

Full time permnanent role Duties include:
Providing customer support to residents
Escalating any requests or issues to the Property Manager
Daily inspections of the development
Supervise the upkeep of the development e.g. cleaners or gardeners and assist where required.
Collecting litter and emptying rubbish around the development
Where needed water plants
Check of fire safety equipment in the communal hallways
Weekly check of heaters in the communal hallways during the winter months
Assist the Property Manager in managing all external contractors
Assist the Property Manager in dealing with administration
Clean (vacuum / brush as necessary) all carpeted and wash all hard floor areas throughout
Remove leaflets, free papers and other junk mail
Dust and clean all mirrors and pictures frames
Check operation of lights and report issues Experience Needed:
Proven relevant experience
Professional, customer focused and motivated
Keen to get involved and take pride in work
Immediate to start or short notice would be beneficial
Own transport or local to the area
