What you’ll be doing
They are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to work with Independent Lives colleagues, partners sector experts to collate, present and analyse contract data from NHS and social care contracts to support performance and help expand their reach. Project and systems leadership will be a key element of your role, you will have responsibility for working with service leads to draft tenders and develop services in response to the communities’ needs around housing wellbeing and health. You will manage a range of process, digital and organisational change projects in order to deliver
an effective approach to continuous improvement and process re-engineering, that generates measurable value.
Putting the customer at the heart of everything they do means we strive to deliver a consistently great customer experience. As part of the Independent Lives team you will have a key role to play as our client implements their Independent Lives Strategy.
More about you
You will bring experience of analysing and presenting performance data to a senior audience. You will be at home re-designing processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. You will be able to evidence a strong track record of successful project management and a willingness to deliver flexibly in a complex and fast-moving environment.
You will be a structured, self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to lead others. An understanding of social issues in housing or previous project or BA experience in the construction industry is helpful and we value transferrable skills too.
