Location: South West England and South Wales
Salary: £26,000 plus company car/or £4,200 car allowance
Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
AWDis Brands are very excited to announce the expansion of our Business Development Team into further UK territories. Building upon our current momentum this recently implemented team is targeting growth to maximise the continued success of our brands.
Working within the print-wear and promotional clothing industry the successful ‘solutions seller’ will be able to successfully represent this young brand by establishing exceptional relationships, ensuring customers are informed of the full product range and are able to identify new business opportunities and influence future decisions.
We are on the lookout for a motivated, highly energetic and proactive candidate to be in the field reaching out directly to our customers
Business Development Executive – The Role:
The Business Development Exec will be part of the new Business Development Team and will be expected to raise the awareness of the brand and ultimately influence increases in sales with existing customers across the West Midlands and parts of Wales. This is a truly unique field role that combines characteristics of account management, customer service, business development and sales.
Business Development Executive – The right candidate:
This is a new approach within the industry and as such we need someone who is willing to be flexible and be open to new ideas.
* Have some basic account management, business development or sales experience within a customer-centric selling organisation.
* Preferably have exposure to the print-wear / promotional clothing industry – although this can be overlooked for an exceptional candidate.
* Be comfortable with forging strong business relationships with a view to offering assistance to customers and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
* Some experience in arranging and conducting face to face meetings (sometimes over Zoom) with new and existing customers.
* Display enthusiasm, energy and passion to help drive through and achieve personal and company objectives.
* Have a good understanding of business strategies
* Ability to demonstrate influencing skills
