YOUR CAREER: As a Business Development Manager you will be trusted to run the territory however you want in order to achieve success. The hiring manager is results driven, so rather than focusing on KPI’s such as call rate, it doesn’t matter how you work to hit and exceed targets. The company have short – medium term expansion plans over the next couple of years, and with new products coming through, there are really exciting opportunities to progress.
THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager will sell innovative devices used to manage and treat diabetes. You will sell a range of high quality products that allow users to continuously monitor their blood sugar levels, insulin pens, and insulin pumps. They also have an app that integrates with monitors, enabling clinicians to observe and mange patients remotely.
THE PERSON: For the role of Business Development Manager, we are looking for the following:
A scientific degree such as biology or chemistry
Experience in any targeted sales role, could be door to door, telesales, B2B, etc.
New business driven, great work ethic, passion and personality!

Salary: £35,000 – 40,000
OTE 30% of base salary
£8,100 annual car allowance
