What will I be doing?
You will be the 2nd stage of our customers’ journey at CarShop. You guide the customer through the finance application when they buy their car, explaining the different options to them as well as offering additional products.
You can’t be a pushy person, your responsibility will be hand-holding and encouraging the customer and only present finance products to the customer based on suitability and present documents, ensuring that all information is given and understood.
That said you are still a salesperson and you will need to call previous customers and ‘check in’ about changing vehicle/product.
What do I need to be successful?
Good relationship building skills, communication skills and general people skills are essential for this role. A background in automotive isn’t essential but previous experience in sales is important, if you have experience with selling financial or FCA regulated products that would be a bonus.
You will follow specific processes and procedures so you must be comfortable doing that and good organisational skills and attention to detail would be really useful.
The only other thing we NEED is a Full UK/EU Driving License.
What do we offer you?
Our fantastic benefits package includes:
– 31 days annual leave (inclusive of 8 bank holidays) rising with service
– Structured career progression path
– Discounts on CarShop products
– Wide-ranging corporate discount scheme and colleague reward program
And much more!!
