Junior sous chef / cdp wanted for 4 red star, 2 rosette, country house hotel.
Reporting to the head chef / senior sous chef & responsible in their absences for leading the kitchen team, delivering excellence for our guests, running an immaculate and profitable operation.
Must have a very hands on style, leading from the front – involves working weekends, early, split and late shifts.
Minimum requirements and must be able to demonstrate:
Steady employment record and steady career development in succession of high quality establishments, ie minimum 2 years in each of last two positions.
Evidence of achievement of business targets, budgetary control and regulatory standards in last two positions.
Available for interview in person and for start date May 2021.
Accommodation for up to 4 weeks can be provided on site if a relocation is required.
