Georgina had a number of ideas, including using ivy to make your Christmas lights look even more beautiful.
She told Express.co.uk: “Christmas lights can sometimes leave you with an excess of cables that ruin the look.
“Soften these by winding ivy around them, which will add rather than take away from your interior look.”
Georgina, who shares her expertise on her website Home Genie and authored The Street-wise Guide to Buying, Improving and Selling Your Home, had a number of other festive decoration tips.
