In this Client Relationship Executive job in Swindon, you will be working closely with a Financial Advisor to provide effective administration support and client relationship management

You will act as the main point of contact for clients and be their ‘go-to’ person. As such, you will need to establish and build strong long-term relationships. As part of the client relationship management, you will answer incoming queries, arrange meetings with the Financial Advisor and organise follow-up actions

In addition, you will undertake administrative duties by keeping the CRM system up to date, preparing documentation ahead of meetings, obtaining valuations, preparing calculations and processing business

As Chartered Financial Planners, they provide appropriate, in-depth financial planning solutions. They are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Executive to join their team.

Client Relationship Executive requirements

* You should have 2+ years’ experience within financial planning administration

* You should have knowledge of what a Financial Advisor does and the support they require

* You must be highly detail conscious, with strong communication skills and able to understand and identify issues

* Ideally, you should have experience of working within small / medium teams and used to helping fellow team members

Client Relationship Executive Benefits

* Salary of £20,000 – £32,000 dependent upon experience
