Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to work within a Financial Services company**

JOB ROLE: Customer Service Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent

COMPANY: Financial Services

HOURS: 9am-5pm (must be flexible to work occasional half day on a Saturday)

SALARY: £19,500

LOCATION: Trowbridge

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

work closely with customers across the two portfolio’s handling both inbound and outbound calls
To establish with the customers reason for arrears, individual circumstances, and their financial situation/ability to pay
To work within Collections Policy and Procedure to identify a fair and appropriate outcome to return the loan back up to date i.e. cure, payment, arrangement, defer etc
To summarise to the customer the agreed arrangement, next steps, and future consequences of non payment
Process immediate and future payments, complete income and expenditure assessments where required, agree arrangements and will refer to the Financial Difficulties/Vulnerable team should a customer require a non standard/out of policy TCF arrangement
Work within agreed policies and procedures, and will receive quality assurance checks each month with feedback provided on how they can improve performance and/or quality and customer outcomes
Meet both individual and team targets each monthSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Excellent Customer Service skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
IT literate
A team player
