Customer Service Administrator
£10.00 per hour + holiday
Temporary Assignment for 6-8 weeks

Due to continued growth my client is currently seeking an experienced temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their well-established team in Devizes. You will be supporting the team, ensuring customer requests are processed quickly and all documentation is completed correctly.
Responding to customer calls and emails
Liaising with suppliers and obtaining regular updates
Updating customers on the progress of their order
Inputting data onto the in-house CRM
General administrationPerson specification:
Previous customer service / administration experience
Able to work within a small but busy team
Excellent attention to detail
Methodical, logical and organised approach
Sound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week) and there is free on-site parking for the successful candidate.
This role will be based in the office, however all social distancing measures have been implemented to ensure a safe working environment.
Due to the client’s location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
