We are currently recruiting for a number of customer service advisors to work for the RAC. Based in the Bradley Stoke area, to the north of Bristol, the RAC office is ideally located for commuters using both public and private transport thanks to its free on-site car park and good bus links from the City centre.
Role
We are recruiting for a customer service advisor to work within the RAC’s Legal department. As a Legal Receptionist, your role will involve being the first point of contact for customers calling into the Legal department, you will take their initial enquiry before diverting them through to the relevant team member based on the nature of their call:
-Inbound customer service
-First point of contact for RAC customers
-Answering enquiries
-Gaining an understanding of the nature of the customer’s call
-Providing a professional service
Requirements
Although this role is working on the RAC’s Legal team, we are not expecting applicants to have any type of legal background although this would be an advantage. To be successful in this role, applicants will need to have very strong telecommunication skills, be able to deal with customers of all backgrounds and be extremely competent working in what can be a fast-paced environment.
-Call Centre/telephone-based customer service experience
-Strong communication skills

-Ability to deal with calls professionally but concisely

-Must be flexible Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm (you will only work 5 days per week)
