I am working with a well known housing developer who have a strong market presence in the Bristol area.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Bristol

The successful candidate will have extensive new build customer service experience who is a team player and is able to manage heavy work loads in a fast paced environment. You will also need the ability to be able to deliver 5* customer service even when under pressure.

Day to day duties:
* Monitoring customer service inbox
* Dealing with complaints
* Escalating complaints to the management team
* Diagnosing defects
* Keeping the CRM system up to date
* Closing down jobs
* Answering incoming calls
