Our client a successful and well established company based in the centre of Bristol have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join their expanding and growing company. As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for maintaining great relationships with clients and updating them regularly. You will also be responsible for the personal development of your team ensuring that KPI’s are reached.
As a Customer Service Team leader it is important that you have a great, positive attitude towards work as you will be driving the morale of the team. To lead a team of customer service reps ensuring a high level of service is providing at all times
Monitoring the performance of team members
On going training and developing for staff members
To have managerial or supervisory experience in a office, retail or hospitality setting
To be comfortable working a 10 hour shift pattern between 6am – 11pm, 4 on and 4 off.
Maximum notice period of a week – this role will have a quick turn around!
