Are you comfortable with using data systems?
If so, my client are seeking a capable candidate to become a Document Officer in their market-leading organisation.
Day to day you would be managing the flow of confidential and non-confidential documents via distribution and archiving. Duties would also include logging entries, providing support for the quality management systems (QMS) as well as general office tasks that may be required.
Due to the location of this role, you would be able commute to site with your own transport.
The ideal candidate would also be able to demonstrate the following:
5 GCSEs achieved which include English, Maths and Science subjects
Competency with MS Office packages
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work flexibly dependant on workload
An aptitude for training new starters and end usersThis is a full-time permanent role, offering free parking on-site, 30 days of annual leave, training on-site and company pension.
