Fabricator / Welder.

Wiltshire (M4 corridor).

£24,000 – £26,000 + overtime.

With a heritage spanning over 60 years, my client has built an enviable reputation as being the go-to provider for sheet metal fabrication and finishing within multiple markets. On a daily basis, their ‘one stop shop’ sees multiple projects through from prototype to manufacture, finishing and inspection.

They continue to grow at an excellent rate and believe their success has been testament to investing in the last technology and their highly skilled workforce; who are always valued and rewarded. In addition, they have deployed their skills and technology to develop a number of hygiene products to help individuals and companies alike, to ‘stay safe’ throughout the pandemic. As a result, they have remained open throughout and continue to develop a bursting order book. Does this sound like the type of company that can provide you with the secure, long-term career prospects you are seeking?

Due to further expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an additional Fabricator Welder to join the team. Working within a small team of friendly professionals, the right person will take on a key production role and be an important part of the company’s success.

Essentially, my client is looking for someone with a strong MIG and TIG welding background. However, they may also be open to training someone up, who is at the earlier stages of their career and has a little relevant experience.

You will be rewarded with a competitive, negotiable salary in the region of £24,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience), along with an unrivalled pension and 25 days holiday per year, plus statuaries. Overtime is always available at a time and a half.

The company are located within an idyllic Wilshire market town and are within realistic commutable distance from Nailsworth, Stroud, Cirencester, Malmesbury and some parts of Swindon.
