Our client currently has a permanent position for a Facilities Coordinator to be based on their client contract in Cheltenham

Job Role & Responsibilities

Provide leadership & line management of FOH and that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.

Operational leadership of all facility management services

Ensuring front of house services run efficiently & smoothly

Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations SLA’s in accordance with KPI & Output measurements

Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA and as instructed by the company policy

Act as a part of site Emergency team i.e. Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities

Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate SHE processes and client HSE standards – Ensure all permits and ATW’s are issued to sub-contractors and support/monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising

Responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or concerns

Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns and ensure customer is always kept appraised

Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes and ensuring continuous improvement.

Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract.

Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both company and subcontractors activities and are regularly review.

Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working and support to colleagues.

Assist in the provision and stock take of stationary & catering provisions onsite

Ensure company, client & landlord statutory compliance are 100%, remedial actions are closed out in timely manner & that all site records are kept up to date and ‘audit ready’.

Point of contact for landlord related issues

Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.

Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts

Please note that Security clearance will be required for this role.

Monday – Friday. 40 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
