Our client is redeveloping its marketing strategy for a post-Covid world. As Field Marketing Manager, you’ll play a major role in bringing that ambitious transformation to life.
This is a progressive, market-leading and fast-paced business with a strong and established marketing team. Our client is well respected – a market leader in its area – and is always looking at ways to develop new and existing relationships with customers.
You’ll be used to a fast paced and flexible environment as you apply your skills to driving revenue across the region. You’ll work across multiple sites and with multiple stakeholders and (of course) you’ll enjoy getting stuck into marketing campaigns. If you’ve previously worked in retail or hospitality marketing, you’ll be well-suited to this.
This Field Marketing Manager role is permanent, full-time for 12 months covering maternity leave. Due to the urgency of the role, we will only consider candidates with a notice period of 1 month or less.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include the following:
Building relationships with the Regional Director, Area Managers and Practice Managers to understand areas of opportunity for growth
Creating bespoke local marketing plans for ‘focus’ branches, working with very modest budgets to build our brand and/or driving acquisition
Managing and delivering local marketing plans within your region, using on and offline media channels to deliver best ROI
Skills and qualifications
At least 2 years’ proven track record in marketing
Experience working across multiple sites with multiple stakeholders
