We have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team in our Gloucester Ford Renewals Hub as a Ford Renewals Hub Manager! This is a great opportunity to join our brand-new team following expansion and help mould our team of Renewals Advisors and to become an integral part of our success.
About the Role
Within this role, you will be leading and managing the Divisional New Car Renewals Team and maximising opportunities for the Advisors to do business by ensuring they prospect renewal opportunities following a prescribed process and follow up on all customers. You must maintain accurate records of all transactions and complete all relevant paperwork in accordance with legal requirements, participate in sales campaigns and promotions that will boost sales penetration and ensure data quality and FSA compliance at all times. This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday to Friday; no weekend working involved!
The successful candidate will have previous experience within the Motor Trade, ideally at Business Manager Level. It is also essential that the successful candidate has excellent numeracy skills and experience of Financial and Management Information. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
