M.i.A Merchandise is changing the future of licensed merchandise though an innovative eCommerce service called ‘print-on-demand’

Now with locations across Europe, Australia &USA. we specialize in merchandise for Music, TV, and Sports industry by integrating directly into the client’s e-commerce store.

We give them the tools to design and sell their own merch on their own store, all with no upfront costs and no inventory. It’s like dropshipping….on steroids.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing our existing clients (by exploring new artists to add, new items and new countries to their existing plans). In addition, you’ll be prospecting new clients within the music and TV industry and carrying out lots of demonstrations on how it works

Predominantly seeking and connecting with ecommerce platforms, music labels and TV networks. You will do this by networking, trade shows, cold calling, linkedin, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. You must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches to help convey our messaging and get the client to the point of a trial. You must develop a rapport with new clients, and definitively be able to show the benefits of using our app.

You will be there to provide the support that will continually improve the relationship, and sustain as a long-term client.

To sum up, your points of responsibility will be; –

– Account Management; establish a report with our existing clients and grow the account

– Business development; lead generation plan, EDMs/mail-merge/phone calls/meetings.

– Sales enablement; ensure % conversion to an active install

– Market Knowledge What’s new, what do we need, who else is out there

Key Relationships:

Internal: Founders/Managing Director, and Sales team

External: Key clients

Person Specification:

Although you will not need to have extensive knowledge of everything within licensing or eCommerce, a passion, and a positive attitude for a self-sufficient work mentality within the start-up tech industry would be crucial.

KPI’s

These are what you will be measured on consistently;

Number of clients that activate a new account.

Number of clients with sales above $x within 12 months. Growth of existing accounts

Number of new customer calls,

Contacts and meetings booked.
