Head of Finance Business PartneringBristol£60,000 – £65,000 + BenefitsAs the Head of Finance Business Partnering for St Monica Trust, you’ll play a critical role in helping build financial understanding across the business. You will be a key interface between the finance team and our internal customers, ensuring that we deliver a quality financial management service and support budget holders to implement new ideas and improve performance. It’s a hands-on role which incorporates working with senior managers Trust-wide, managing a team and deputising for the Director of Finance & Transformation.Day-to-day this means:● Advising senior and operational managers at St Monica Trust on matters of financialperformance and financial control;● Overseeing the timely and accurate production of the Trust’s monthly financial performance reports;● Managing and developing a growing team of finance business partners;● Challenging and enhancing internal financial processes and championing continuous improvement● Assisting and deputising for our Director of Finance & Transformation in strategic and day-to-day finance activities.The Trust has built a reputation as one of Bristol’s best employers.
