ROLE SUMMARY
In particular, the postholder will:
* Refresh the organisation’s approach to talent acquisition: the Head of HR will be responsible for leading Vanguard’s recruitment processes and ensuring the organisation attracts top talent in all territories; in particular, success in securing qualified clinical staff will be a priority
* Design and implement effective HR processes; including new starter orientation and induction, appraisal and performance management, pay and benefits strategy
* Ensure consistency/alignment of key HR policies across all territories
* Support managers within the organisation to follow and implement HR processes
* Ensure that colleagues have access to relevant learning and development opportunities which will be based upon a structured needs assessment, and designed to build specified capabilities, improve performance, or build skills needed for career growth
* Review and refresh HR systems, ensuring that relevant data and information is managed appropriately for the individual and the organisation
