Hay fever season is officially upon us and thousands of people everywhere are suffering big time.

But fear not, there may be a saving grace in our midst.

The Daily Post reports that people have been taking to social media in their droves to praise ‘Nuage’s Hay-Fever Relief Wipes’.

The wipes are being sold in Home Bargains, Superdrug, Savers, Amazon and other retailers, and claim to trap and remove pollen and other irritants.

But more impressively, there only 89p per pack.

Home Bargains said: “As the weather begins to get warmer and we start to sit outside again, make sure you’re protected from hay-fever, with Nuage’s Hay-fever Relief Wipes. Helps to relieve itchy eyes and noses for just 89p.”

One person said: “These worked for me when then tablets weren’t doing anything; took symptoms away in seconds so don’t knock them until you try them.”

Another said: “They have them in The Range too, got them for my son who doesn’t like taking tablets, he’s happy with them so far.”

A third said: “Heads up to anyone that’s suffering really bad with hay fever, the past to days I’ve hardly been able to open my eyes or breathe through my nose, I’ve literally wiped my whole face with these and I feel a million times better – £1.99 at Superdrug, you’re welcome.”

A fourth added: “They are brill for my two-year-old autistic son who would not take tablets or syrup so they’re 10/10 for me.”

However, others argued that using disposable wipes may not be the most environmentally friendly way of treating hay fever when tablets and other treatments are available.
