Home Based Customer Service Agent


We are looking for a Part Time Home Based Customer Support Agent who will join our Support team and help manage customer queries. Shifts will be Weekends only, either Saturday or Sunday or both weekend days. You will be responsible for managing incoming tickets and calls through our customer support portal Zendesk, and working with the wider team and tech support to resolve these. This role will also heavily involve handling 1 way video calls with customers to proctor/validate their samples in line with Government regulations to ensure that COVID-19 travel tests are completed at the right time.

* You will be highly organised and able to keep track of a number of different priorities at once
* You will be tech literate (and as a bonus have experience in Google for Business and Zendesk)
* You will have access to your own laptop
* The ability to work weekends
* A current DBS would be an advantage but not essential, as this can be applied for
