Based in Bristol my client is an organisation that has experienced exceptional growth over the last 10 years. A leader in their field with a vibrant, fun culture the company now seek to recruit a commercial property lawyer on a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave.
You will assist on a wide range of Commercial Property transactions including sale & purchases, landlord & tenant matters as well as leases. This will be done in conjunction with appointed external solicitors.
The role would suit a Legal Executive or qualified solicitor with 3 years proven practicing experience in Commercial Property. Property Litigation experience would be an advantage but is not essential. You must have a commercial mind set and demonstrable problem solving skills
You will be an outstanding communicator, with the skills and enthusiasm to build effective relationships and gain credibility across the business.
The role is a minimum 25 hours per week but can be up to 37.5 hours
Currently the business is mostly working remotely but moving forward the hope is to be in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week and the rest home based.
