The Job Role and What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and organised Sales Co-ordinator to support our team to be the interface between the
UK Sales Team and UK and European Operations teams. We are a family run business and value our team and wanting the right person to join an growing company
Working as a key part of the team this role will support the business in growing sales and margin in the high potential UK and RoI market.
We are recruiting this role to streamline business processes including order fulfilment & shipping process, general administration & supporting the running of the UK op’s
The Sales Co-ordinator will demonstrate the companies values being professional and helpful in all interactions with customers, colleagues and visitors.
•Delivering key process administration for elements of the operations and sales functions including:
•Generation of sales orders and liaising with customers and the Sales team over specifications and lead times
•Support to Sales team in generation of quotes
•Receipting & despatching of goods
•Ordering of products for customer demand and stock, liaise with our manufacturing facilities, sales teams & customers over delivery schedules
•Assist the After Sales and Sales teams in supporting customers
•Physical/electronic maintenance of filing systems
•Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
•All employees are responsible for ensuring company resources are used in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs
•Other duties or activities may be assigned to the Inside Sales Manager according to the requirements of customers & the sales team
