The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification and have a background in IT and Digital teaching
This is an exciting opportunity within the Digital department for two new lecturing posts. It is a part-time role of 18.5 hours a week
The college is about to unveil its new Institute of Technology development that will see a dedicated digital space for the Higher Education learners and a new collaborative office for the ever-growing digital team.
You will require a
Relevant Degree in Computing or a related subject
Teaching Qualification (or willingness to work towards a teacher qualification)
The programmes to be delivered are across levels 1-6 of Further and Higher Education.
The successful candidate would also be involved in the coordination and running of additional projects such as work experience, visits, and guest speakers.
You will need to be a creative and resilient individual, who can inspire learners and provide them with collaborative opportunities in order to enhance our curriculum and provide learners with a relevant and challenging vocational experience.
These roles are due to start in September 2021.
