We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT customer Support Operative to join our clients busy team in Swindon working nights. £9.74 per hour, Free parking, weekly pay.
Do you have an IT qualification or keen interest in IT? Do you have experience of working in a busy telephone customer services environment? If you have answered “Yes” to the two questions above then we have an excellent temporary opportunity in a customer support role to offer!
Working on behalf of a major Global client, you will be offering support to their Australian/American customers regarding their mobile phones/laptops/tablets and etc. Queries may be regarding the Sim, top up service, account details or general questions regarding IT equipment.
You will be speaking to the customers, over the telephone and entering the information onto the database and finding out the information to relay to the customer. If it is really technical then calls are passed to 2nd line support.
The hours are from 11pm to 7am and to start some flexibility will be needed. The call centre is open 7 days a week, 365 days per annum so you work will be on a shift basis and will be including some weekends and Bank Holidays.
This is a temporary opportunity with the strong possibility it may become permanent for the right candidate.
For this position you will have:
A good understanding of IT and ideally worked on 1st line support for PC’s, Laptops, Tablets or mobile phones.
Excellent customer service experience ideally call centre background
Excellent data entry skills
Thrive on sorting out issues and giving customers an exemplary service
A keen interest in technology
