IT Development Manager – Bradford-on-Avon (Wiltshire) – £47K – £51K
An exciting opportunity has come about for an IT Development Lead in Wiltshire to lead a development squad to design, develop and deliver solutions! This candidate will be line managing half of the development team in a Matrix management structure and contributing to a range of strategic corporate projects, departmental projects and incremental improvements.
Responsibilities include

Design, develop and deliver solutions using the Microsoft cloud software stack

Lead development team to develop and deliver solutions using Microsoft cloud software stack
*
Using tech stack: Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform
*
Line manage half of the development team
Essential Skills
*
Strong, demonstrable problem-solving, analytical, lateral thinking, troubleshooting and investigation skills
*
Experience in SQL, Azure, DAX or other relevant data-related technologies
*
Leadership skills; can motivate and enable people and teams to perform at their full potential.
*
Software development skills and ability to research and apply best practice.
*
Able to perform technical analysis to gather and clarify requirements, diagnose root causes of problems, and perform quantified options appraisals when faced with multiple possible solutions.
*
Demonstrates a positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and tenacious approach to challenges.
