The star swears by a mix of fitness and beauty regimes, including a rigorous exercise routine and a trusted hairstylist. Jennifer also shares that drinking lots of water, using high SPF products to protect her skin from the sun, and getting plenty of sleep helps her skin glow. She loves certain skincare products like 111Skin’s Rose Gold Illuminating Eye Mask and Jillian Dempsey’s 24-carat gold-plated Beauty Wand, which sculpts and depuffs the face.

The Mirror US reports Jennifer Aniston is a fan of Vital Proteins collagen supplements, which she uses for “wellness from within”. She also enjoys facial treatments from Melanie Simon and Joanna Czech. Melanie’s procedure uses electrical currents to stimulate skin cells, while Joanna uses massage techniques. Jennifer even uses Melanie’s ZIIP nanocurrent face tool at home.

When it comes to her hair, Jennifer trusts hairstylist Chris McMillan and colourist Michael Canale. They’ve been looking after her iconic locks for 27 years, since the days of her famous ‘Rachel’ haircut. Anastasia Soare, founder of Anastasia Beverly Hills, is the woman behind Jennifer’s perfectly styled brows.

Lastly, Jennifer’s flawless makeup is all thanks to Hollywood makeup artist Angela Levin. Angela, who has worked with stars like Reese Witherspoon, Michelle Williams, and Glenn Close, is known for her natural glamour looks.

Jennifer is known for her dedication to keeping fit. She follows a tough exercise routine and has previously shared that she feels “really beautiful” after a workout “because I’ve taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I’m taking care of the one body I have.”
