Posting on the Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips Facebook page, one woman asked for some advice on cleaning her oven door.
Michelle Saunder wrote: “Oven doors! This is mine after a dishwasher tablet, white vinegar and baking powder, steam cleaner and washing up liquid.
“Any tips? I’ve only had the oven for a year, it was quite expensive and I don’t want to risk damaging the glass on the door.
“I’ve looked at Oven Pride etc but they all say not to use it on the door. It has self cleaning for the sides and I have a liner for the floor, it’s only the glass that needs the attention, it’s disgusting.”
