Are you an experienced and ambitious Key Account Manager looking for that next step up? Do you want to work with one of Bristol’s leading scale-ups?

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join a Bristol scale-up to help them with their expanding client base. You’ll be focused on developing and retaining a number of their main accounts, as well as creating new opportunities to expand their service offering.

Some of what you’ll be doing:

* Upselling and cross-selling to clients, helping add greater value

* Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders

* Managing the lifecycle of the account, including customer on-boarding and post-sale support

* Networking with internal senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in key account management, ideally with FT100 organisations

* A natural people person who has the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders

* Previous financial/life & pension industry experience

* A good technical understanding of SaaS products

* Someone who’s experienced in upselling & cross-selling to clients
