Learning & Development Coordinator: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract: Bristol based (with remote working available for the foreseeable): Paying £10.30 per hour: Immediate start

Our leading telecommunications client are currently looking for a strong Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract. The Learning & Development Coordinator will report into the Business Operations Director and will be responsible for delivering support to the team on services across the sourcing, planning and delivery of learning experiences aligned to strategic and operational career and capability priorities. Working closely with various stakeholders across the business, the Learning & Development Coordinator will execute processes and offer expert advice to deliver a smooth colleague experience. Support will be for all aspects of Learning Operations including sourcing, vendor management, planning, scheduling and reporting. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supporting the day to day operational delivery of key learning operations processes associated including 3rd party services, planning, scheduling and delivery, ensuring effective service provision
Resolving operational issues and respond to queries associated with learning operations activities and processes, liaising with customers and stakeholders to resolve and identification and management of risks
Supporting the planning and operational delivery of activities for Learning Programmes including planning and scheduling events and resources, liaising with customers and stakeholders and ensuring scheduling is optimised
Providing support to effectively forecast and manage learning budgets across the business
Working closely with the managed service partner and 3rd party vendors to ensure good service provision, providing day to day support, acting as a conduit into relevant stakeholders and supporting contract management activities
Collating data and producing functional reports
Providing administrative support to the Learning team, co-ordinating activities and ensuring smooth delivery of services
Working proactively with other Learning teams across the business to share learning and best practice. Proactively investigating existing practice before starting work on new initiativesThis role would suit a strong administrator with exceptional customer service skills, experience of working within a PMO function would be highly desirable, as well as the below:

Previous experience in supporting delivery of services in a large, complex, fast paced environment would be highly advantageous
Involvement in projects with high likelihood of ambiguity, scope change, redeployment of investment, reprioritisation
A data and detail orientated individual who is proficient at producing data for reporting purposes to influence decision making.

This role is for an immediate start, due to the urgent nature of this requirement only those with no-short notice period can be considered.
