Our client is top of their game within the Legal sector and have a unique culture within their working environment. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Legal Billing Clerk to work within their Finance Team

Essential Requirements for this Role
* The role is best suited to an experienced Legal Biller working in a law firm or professional services environment, with exposure to biling, VAT, disburements and e-billing systems, that can hit the ground running
* Ensuring an accurate and efficient turnaround of billing runs at both draft and final invoice level
* Aderant Expert experience preferred but no essential
* Liaising with Revenue Controllers and PAs in producing and preparing pre-bills
* Respond to all billing related queries promptly
* Ensure bills are finalised and despatched promptly
* Produce accurate submissions of invoices into e-billing systems
* Dealing with all aspects of client queries on invoicing
* Liaising with clients and lawyers as appropriate
* Escalate issues and seek authorisation (where applicable) in accordance with billing policy
* Creation of credit notes
* Writing off irrecoverable WIP and disbursements.
* Client and matter data maintenance
* Supporting Revenue Controllers as required
