An exciting opportunity to work for a Medium sized FM service provider has arisen in the the Bristol area covering the South West / South east region. Successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and supervising engineers. As well as sound knowledge with Electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems. This will be working on a portfolio of retail and commercial office spaces.

Call out 1 in 4The Role Will Include
Managing and over seeing a team of 16+ engineer of differing trades across the contract portfolio
Carrying out tool box talks and one to one reviews with engineers when required
Reporting directly into a contract manager working as their “right hand Person”
Preplanned maintenance and compliance checks including but not limited to – Lighting, Emergency light testing, Power distribution
Over seeing and maintaining ppm schedules and compliance including all log books and associated paperwork required
Over seeing and managing small Install projects and works including new sockets, new lights, new circuits
Over seeing sub contractors on site including raising permits to work
Ensuring you follow all H&S policies and company procedures
Carrying out engineering tasks when required to do so including electrical, mechanical and fabric The Ideal Candidate Will Need
Electrical biased / qualified (Apprenticeship, NVQ)
17th Edition / 18th edition
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-Skilled with willingness to turn your hand to all trades
Good communication skills
