Mechanical Workshop Technician required for a growing logistics intermediary who have a fantastic reputation within the industry. You will be joining a company who truly value and invest in their staff. Due to ongoing success/growth progression opportunities to more senior positions will naturally become available for the successful applicant.
To apply for the role, you must have strong Motor Vehicle/ Commercial vehicle repair background. Applicants who have experience with loading shovels, forklifts, HGV, car mechanics or similar background will transfer well.
This a role within the company due to circa £500million investment in their fleet in the last 30 years. The role will involve routine servicing of a range of forklifts, Trucks, Commercial Vehicles, White van fleet etc on site in Avonmouth.

The Role:
*Service/Routine Maintenance Role
*Maintaining a range of forklifts, Trucks, Commercial Vehicles, White van fleet, Loading Shovels etc
*Preferably with a multi skill background e.g. Hydraulics, Electrics, Welding
*Monday to Friday Days based with plenty of overtime opportunities
The Person:
*Can transfer from ANY commercial vehicle service background!!
*Must have a strong mechanical background
*Applicants who have experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, car mechanics or similar background will transfer well.
*Applicants must be flexible to working overtime to fit company demands due to the site running 24/7
*A full driving license is essential
