BSAVA are looking for an enthusiastic Membership Services Coordinator to support the ongoing development and growth of BSAVA’s membership.

Membership Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

The Membership Services Coordinator works as part of the Membership Services Team, ensuring a consistently high-quality service and experience is had by all BSAVA members and customers. They will work with the Membership Manager to support planning and implementation of changes to improve member support and services and play an important role in the ongoing development and delivery of BSAVA’s membership growth and retention strategy.

Membership Services Coordinator Requirements:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about putting members at the heart of everything we do, and who can provide excellent customer service.

You will be curious and inquisitive about our members, their drivers and behaviours. Utilising strong database and administrative skills, you will ensure the efficient running of BSAVA’s membership schemes and deliver excellent support to BSAVA’s current and prospective members.

You will ideally have experience of working in a membership or other non-profit organisation and will be committed to delivering first-class services to the small animal veterinary profession.

Essential skills include:

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• A genuine commitment to delivering a quality experience to BSAVA members.
• Excellent customer service, administration and data coordination.

About British Small Animal Veterinary Association – BSAVA:

The BSAVA is a professional membership association which exists to advance care for companion animals. With a membership of more than 10,000 veterinary surgeons, vet nurses and students, we work in the UK and internationally to promote excellence in small animal practice through education and science, by facilitating training, conducting research and developing policy. Each year we deliver numerous education courses, host the largest small animal Congress in Europe, publish books, manuals, apps and magazines.

This post sits within the Membership & Marketing department and reports to the Membership Manager.

Location: Gloucester
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience
Benefits: include 23 days holiday, contributions towards Group Personal Pension, Life Assurance and Health Insurance.
