New Business Development Executive
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £25-30k + Uncapped commission
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
The role will focus on new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector, however the right candidate will be supported with fresh, qualified leads and supplementary marketing activity once they are fully trained. In this role, you will develop and maintain your own accounts therefore generating regular compounding commission each month.
Although the sales process does require some technical knowledge, full training will be given throughout.
We are looking for established sales executives, coming from a variety of industry backgrounds. Digital sales experience is advantageous, but not essential as key sales skills are transferable. Adaptability is key, as changes in the industry require a flexible sales approach and fast thinking.
Responsibilities will include:
* New Business Development & Prospecting
* Training & Individual learning
* Order Fulfilment
* Account Management
* Client reporting & forecasting in line with Sales Manager
Qualifications & Experience
* Sales experience of at least 2 years (successful candidates have come from a broad range of industries to include; Advertising, Marketing, Media & IT Sales.
* A proven record of telesales experience (preferably B2B)
* A History of success in a target driven environment.
Successful candidates will have:
* A good grasp of English & Mathematics.
* A hunger to earn significant remuneration.
* A resilience to knock-backs & the ability to overcome objections.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and email.
* Able to think fast & find the right solution.
* The ability to learn quickly and soak up information
Commision
The commission scheme is uncapped, giving the candidate the opportunity to earn a considerable income. A strong salesman can double there basic within the first 12 months and even earn six figures over 24 months.
