Due to a long standing member of staff relocating my client, a leading organisation in the UK Pensions market, currently seek a talented and personable Office Manager to join their friendly team. Duties will include:
* Acting as the face of the office by welcoming visitors and fielding incoming calls.
* Handling basic financial enquiries and then directing calls to the relevant team.
* Managing a range of administrative tasks including bulk mailings and populating excel spreadsheets.
* Ensuring the office is equipped with the required stationary.
* Scanning post each day and circulating to the correct team
* Administering the professional qualification programme
* Ensuring the overall smooth running of the facility
Applicants must possess a combination of strong communication and administration skills along with a friendly and positive disposition. Experience from a previous office environment is important with the ability to manage and prioritise your daily duties. You will be highly organised with a good degree of common sense and strong problem solving skills. Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel is imperative.
