Part time Administrative Assistant
£9.42 per hour
An established Charity providing care to adults with learning and other disabilities, are seeking to recruit a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant within one of their residential care homes, in PEWSEY.
This varied and interesting role will ensure no two days are the same, from managing the petty cash funds, data entry, producing reports, and working closely with the Registered Nursing Services Manager on a variety of spreadsheet and word document activities.
The successful applicant should have some previous experience within Administration or a similar role. They will need to possess strong IT skills, in particular a high standard of Word, Excel and Outlook, and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
This temporary role is for a period of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* One years office or administration experience
* Ideally hold a relevant qualification in business administration
* Work confidentially and with sensitivity
* To be reliable and responsible, with a flexible approach to work
* Hold a full UK driving licence
