£60000 – £75000 per annum dependant on experience
Options Resourcing are working with a well-established and very busy specialist construction subcontractor local to the Bristol area. The business has an excellent reputation in the local area and is looking to bring in an individual who can help bring on new business.
The business is embarking on somewhat of a change with succession planning becoming a very real prospect – meaning the individual taken on in this role could progress into a more senior position within the company in time.
The Person
*Experience in a similar role
*A Senior Contracts Manager / Project Manager or Ops Manager in the South West, one who would like to move into somewhat of a unique role
*Background in Build
*Someone possessing somewhat of a ‘black book’ in the South West
*Interest in sales / work winning element of construction
*Commutable from Bristol
