Prince of Wales Bridge delays after multi-vehicle crash – updates

Traffic is “very slow” on the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge as two lanes were shut after a multi-vehicle crash today (Wednesday, June 16).

The collision happened around 2pm on the eastbound crossing and Avon and Somerset Police are at the scene.

Traffic cameras in the area showed creating long tailbacks for motorists between junctions 22 and 23. One of the lanes that was shut has now reopened, leaving the majority of the carriageway clear for drivers.
