We work collaboratively across the organization to deliver complex initiatives for our customers. We use the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) to plan, execute, and deliver value to our stakeholders.What you will be doingYou will be delivering on global projects for compliance, risk, operations, growth and new innovation projects as a technical project manager / epic delivery manager. You will be responsible for driving these efforts starting with the epic, value, benefit, gathering requirements, planning, executing, and reporting of projects / programs based upon prioritized initiatives. You will ensure that all of the requirements from each of the stakeholders are understood by the Technology teams delivering on the requirements. Your responsibility will be through to production delivery and warranty period.Responsible for managing the epic throughout the estimation process and alignment of constraints, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to deliver the business value of the technological solution.Lead collaboration and approval of epic definition and success criteria.In prep of each PI Planning cadence, gather technical requirements across various Agile Trains in Features to User Stories for commitment of work.Responsibilities include leading cross functional activities, daily, while advising and escalating if not executing scope to plan with quality, within budget and timeframe, while exceeding expectations.Ensure alignment between the product team and the engineering team, clearly setting expectations, coordinating issues including removing impediments, mitigating risks and removing roadblocks.At times performing as a guide, as an agile champion as a lead with close collaboration, hands on with technological team and other teams such as operations, marketing, go to market activities.What you bring:Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment while being open to learning new products/ applications, frameworks, and processes.Remote working skills, work across geographies and time zones.Ability to help facilitate translation of functional requirements to technical requirements and being a team player.Outstanding time management skills prioritize your work effectively and work efficiently.Strong oral and written communication skillsAdded bonus if you have:Experience in Agile working environment.Experience working in payments, technology or banking industries.Proven experience managing large development team across geographies.
