We are proud to be representing a local business operating from Amesbury with a rare opportunity in the appointment of a Property Coordinator. The role will be varied, you will have guidance on a daily basis from industry experts therefore experience within the property sector isn’t essential.

You will be a natural communicator and natural problem solver and be comfortable working in a close knit team.
Self-motivated, tenacious with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to respond confidently to questions, understand requirements and deal with customers, contractors and colleagues
Ability to adapt communication style, with strong people and interpersonal skills
Computer and technology literate. Excel and Word knowledge
Knowledge of CRM required.
Must have a Full Driving License and transport (from time to time you may need to be mobile)
Responsibilities will include –

Preparing Property Particulars for the Department
Updating Website and Property Portals
Ensuring all Property Files are compliant with internal processes, and Industry regulations
Managing and Updating our CRM
Liaising with Operations and Sales staff at other sites to coordinate viewings, photography, and other appointments
Carry out some viewings (as and when needed )
Assist in Events and Open daysWorking hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

The role offers a starting wage of £22,000- £24,000
